Mankind, with its peculiar characteristics, never ceases to amaze me. Looking back into primitive societies, I can’t help but notice how far we have come in all our artistic works, discoveries, and knowledge. The human brain, in its intricate neurochemical and physiological pathways, is our natural command center for experiencing reality, learning, and expanding our skills, from basic survival to complex and luxurious lifestyles. It is paramount to reflect on what being human means and how we came to be. To dive into those considerations, we must go back to the origin and creation of mankind and the universe. The more we learn about ourselves and other creatures, the more we realize there is an Intelligent Design or source from which all we see and experience originates. From DNA to galaxies, there is no haphazard or accidental creation. This Intelligent Design and source of all creation is an Intelligent Creator . To understand what forgiveness truly means, it is necessary to understand what truth is. Some people claim their truth is the truth. How do they know? They just choose to claim their perception of the facts as their truth , and,  therefore, they swear by it.  To wear the banner of truth as one perceives it is a dangerous path. It can cause misunderstanding, conflict, and, ultimately, chaos. It is a path permeated with false perceptions, misconceptions, and unforgiveness. Why should Christians forgive? Because God has forgiven them first. So, is there still unforgiveness in your heart? If there is, examine yourself. Are you seeing the truth about the facts or just what you believe to be your truth ? Are you choosing to hold on to unforgiveness to justify your self-pity and remain stuck in the victim/orphan mentality? Are you still blaming others for your failures or lack of discipline? Wallowing in envy and jealousy but doing nothing to fulfill the dreams God wants you to fulfill?

Something lives on the inside of me. I am possessed . It burns me. I melt. Is it Molten Lava?  It roars inside me. I hear it. Is it a Lion? It runs in my veins. I am taken by its force. Is it a River?  POSSESSION?  I will tell you the true story: Once upon a time, there was this girl... And this girl knew she had been created for the good. But she felt deeply separated from the Creator. Nothing she could ever dream could fill the void inside of her.  She talked to a tree, talked to her dolls and pets...  She read stories, drew, sang, danced... Still no answer to her empty heart.  No meaning to her laugh or tears. A long succession of days and nights. Emotions, words, actions, all so senseless.  Motions, motionless. Sounds, deafened. Until one day she heard the Truth. The Truth said that she had a choice. That she could open the door to the true Savior. His name, Jesus. The Great I AM. The One who had died for her.

And our lives can be kaleidoscopes of amazing memories, words, and deeds. Our beads. Made to be turned, round and round, by the Creator's hands.
